Claude deployed my app in six minutes
I gave Claude Code one sentence, "Deploy this app to Lepsto," and about six minutes later my task manager was live on its own HTTPS address, with a managed Postgres next to it. The video below shows the whole run. Lucas, our AI avatar, narrates it; the screen is my recording.
The setup is the part you do yourself. I connected GitHub to my Lepsto product, so Lepsto could build from the repository. Then I added Lepsto MCP to Claude Code with the one-line install command from the docs and approved access in the browser.
After the prompt, Claude read the project first: a pnpm monorepo with a Fastify API on Postgres and a React front end. Lepsto builds runtime services from a Dockerfile, and my repo didn't have one, so Claude wrote it and made the API serve the built web app, so the whole thing runs as one container. Docker isn't installed on my laptop, so it ran the typecheck and the API tests and checked production mode locally instead. Then it pushed a branch, created a Postgres 17 database and started the deploy.
The first two deploys failed. The first time, the database connection pointed at a Postgres that was still provisioning, so Claude read the error and waited. The second time, the connection string sat in a plain variable, and a plain variable can't reference a secret. Claude marked DATABASE_URL as a secret and redeployed, and the third deploy went Active.
The limit is worth saying plainly. Claude fixed both failures because the errors named the cause. You still own the code, the tests and the decision to ship, and your repository needs a Dockerfile, or an agent that writes one.
To try it on your own project, start by connecting Lepsto MCP to your agent.
